Five Rings Focus

How do I cancel my subscription? Cancel from your App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, including a free trial, it renews automatically.

Where are my records stored? Answers, missions and focus records stay on your device, and are removed when you delete the app.

Can I pause the timer? No. The focus timer asks you to either continue or withdraw.

Summit Group Chat

Do invitees need the app? No. They can open the invite link and join in a browser with a display name. Creating a group requires the app.

What if someone is causing trouble? Use the “…” menu on a message to report or block them. Room creators can also delete messages and remove members.

How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings, then Delete Account.

Are messages encrypted? Traffic is protected by HTTPS, but end-to-end encryption is not provided. Messages are stored on servers.
